window to my soul

How do we see ourselves, and how do the people around us experience us? This workshop invited participants to reflect on four meaningful words: one they chose to describe themselves and three gathered from others - a friend, family member, co-worker, or acquaintance, before creating a symbolic four-quadrant ‘window.’ The objective of this project was to encourage introspection, identity exploration, self-perception, and relational awareness. Through breathwork, guided reflection, and visual symbolism, participants were able to disconnect from their own filtered version of themselves and open up to a broader range of emotions, memories, and associations connected to the ways we are seen, both internally and externally.
