About
Across my career in the U.S. and Europe, I have worked at the intersection of investor relations, operations, and communications to support mission-driven organizations in achieving their goals.
I’m proud of my accomplishments. In 2021, I was named PRIDE Employee of the Year at USAA Real Estate, an honor given to just 1 of 279 employees. In 2023, I received the Change-Maker Scholarship from Warwick Business School, where I completed my MBA with a focus on leadership, developmental psychology, and sustainable finance.
In my current role as Director of Investor Relations at Pine Island New Energy, I focus on serving our stakeholders and advancing next-generation technologies that support the energy transition. My graduate research explored the intersection of cultural psychology and developmental leadership, examining how early-life experiences shape leadership traits in adulthood.
Outside of work, I am a dedicated volunteer at Dress for Success Charlotte and The Arts and Science Council of Charlotte. I am also an active member of the Palisades Women’s Social Committee, focusing on service to my community and addressing the needs of women and children. I also serve as an art facilitator with A Window Between Worlds, a nonprofit that uses expressive arts to support healing and social transformation, combining my interest in art and psychology.
In 2024, I extended this work by founding The Artistry Circle, where I lead trauma-informed art workshops that foster mental health and strengthen the mind–body connection in response to the growing need for mental health services.
