about me

I started my career in bridal, where I had the opportunity to work with women from all over the world during emotionally charged moments - holding space for them to feel seen and supported during significant life transitions. As a salesperson turned manager turned buyer and merchandiser, including at one of the top 50 bridal salons nationally, I decided to explore financial services ahead of what I thought would be a corporate career in the fashion space. Now, 8 years later, I have lived in New York, Miami, Portugal, and, most recently, Charlotte, NC, where I’ve supported multinational investment organizations, early-stage companies, and nonprofits across various industries in achieving their investor relations, communications, operations, and development goals.

Currently, I am the VP of Investor Relations and Chief of Staff at Pine Island New Energy Partners, where I lead investor communications, diligence processes, internal operations, and relationship management. In my role, I work closely with the firm’s founders and managing partners, as well as our advisory team whose expertise spans science, technology, operations, energy policy, and regulation. As of January 2026, I completed my MBA at Warwick Business School, where my research focused on lifespan leadership psychology, mental health, and well-being. I am actively pursuing publication of my final dissertation titled, How Do Childhood Experiences Shape Adult Leadership Traits? Please see the research tab to find out more about my other interest areas.

Alongside my professional work, I participate in volunteer activities for Dress for Success Charlotte and the Arts and Science Council of Charlotte. I also serve as an art facilitator with A Window Between Worlds, a nonprofit that uses expressive arts to support healing and social transformation, combining my interests in art and psychology. In 2024, I extended this work by founding The Artistry Circle, an online digital platform where I lead trauma-informed art and wellness workshops that foster self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a mind–body connection in response to the growing need for accessible mental health services.
